About Us

With excess of 30 years experience working within the industry, Daniel R. Fenn leads the company as Director, working across a broad spectrum of service areas, from Design, Planning, Building, Construction, Rail, Highways and Infrastructure. In addition to Retail, Commercial and Residential Sectors.

We pride our service on a personal approach, delivering bespoke solutions to our clients needs and requirements. Working on anything from small commissions to large multi-million pounds schemes and developments across the whole of the UK.

Our Services

Planning and Development

Undertaking bespoke turnkey packages of design of buildings, both residential and commercial and retail, including tendering, cost, contract and project management. Also undertaking all aspects of Planning consents and building regulations.

Urban Design (Public Realm) and Highway Design

Preliminary and detailed designs of Public Realm, Highways and infrastructure improvement schemes and masterplan planning and design projects. Including the design and development of Blue Green towns and cities.

HVM Design
(Hostile Vehicle Mitigation)

Detailed design of HVM schemes, dealing with

VBIED (Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device) and VAW (Vehicle as a Weapon) for both permanent and temporary installation within new and existing situations.

Temporary Works Designs

Design of temporary works for all Construction and Building and Rail projects, including project management and contract administration. All in accordance with PRINCE2, Agile (IPMA Level A Certified Projects Director), including design of utility diversions and temporary construction methodology.

Topographical Surveys & GPR Surveys

PAS 128 Surveys

Level D – Desktop utility locating services.

Level C – Site reconnaissance.

Level B – Utility detection using EML and GPR.

Level A – Verification via intrusive inspection.
